4. Payments & Billing
- All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice.
- Work may be paused or withheld in case of delayed or incomplete payments.
- Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Project Delivery
We aim to deliver all projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client response time. Any changes in scope may result in timeline adjustments.
6. Revisions Policy
We provide revisions based on the agreed project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be chargeable.
7. Prohibited Projects & Content
Nytrex Media does not work with or provide services for:
- Pornographic or adult websites/content
- Illegal or unethical businesses
- Gambling or restricted activities (where prohibited by law)
- Hate speech, violence, or extremist content
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any project that violates these guidelines.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final deliverables belong to the client. However, Nytrex Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nytrex Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
10. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for any issues caused by third-party services.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if a client violates these terms, engages in unethical behavior, or fails to make payments.
